From chic Central London apartments, via spacious suburban family homes, to idyllic country cottages, we have worked hard to ensure that our properties provide the very best in location, design and accessibility. Having started 30 years ago with a single one-bed flat in Notting Hill, our property portfolio has spread to encompass many of Britain’s most desirable areas. Whilst the mainstay of our collection is aimed at London professionals, we have a great deal of other properties in varied locations and for varied applicants. This charming townhouse is a good example of one of our more elite properties. Ideally located in one of London’s most desirable residential areas, it has four good sized bedrooms, several airy reception rooms and a unique roof terrace with unencumbered views of the nearby park. We have had the pleasure of tenanting some terrific families here and hope to continue doing so.

Situated in the beautiful village of Paxford, it is less than a 90 minute drive from the centre of London whilst benefitting from the natural beauty that is the unsurpassed English countryside. Here is an illustration of one of our many apartments within this prime London residential block. We have a wide selection of properties within the complex, like the one shown, with either one, two or three bedrooms on offer. The building has 24hr porterage and benefits from all the shops and amenities of its Notting Hill surrounds. A truly fine example of luxury London living, we’re immensely proud of this lovely flat and are purchasing increasingly more like it in spreading our portfolio south of Hyde Park.

Much of our historic portfolio is based in and around the Hyde Park Estate, a beautiful enclave of Central London surrounding the bustling luxury of Connaught Street and the calm serenity of Hyde Park Square. Just moments from the park itself, the Estate is managed exquisitely throughout and our vast collection there has benefited over the years from its upkeep. Here you will see one of our more unique properties in this locale: a large, lateral three-bedroom apartment in a highly-prized Art-Deco block just off Connaught Square. Though it is modestly decorated elsewhere (as it is a primarily unfurnished flat) its grand, inherited oak-panelled drawing room has proved particularly popular with our clients.

It would be remiss of us to exclude this wonderful property from any demonstration of our portfolio, as it holds a special place in our heart for being the cottage that first started our Cotswold’s collection. In pebble-skimming distance from the famous ford that runs through the village of Shilton, it boasts original oak beams throughout, flagstone flooring, a mature 360 degree garden and quietly sophisticated interiors. It has always proved a much-coveted home and remains a little jewel in amongst our personal acquisitions.
